Gone are the days of cross-referencing invoices to find duplicate bills. Weel’s new duplicate bills detection functionality allows customers to be alerted whenever the invoice number and supplier name for a new bill match those of an existing bill. This instant alert will ensure that duplicate bills are identified in real time, saving your finance team valuable time and preventing potential human errors.
When you import bills from Xero they can now see the invoice attached, providing greater visibility during the import process. This means no more toggling between screens or navigating multiple tabs. Phew!
✨ New: Introducing supplier approvals
Introducing yet another game-changing feature of our bills product now available for all customers; supplier approvals.
When entering a new supplier, approvers will receive a prompt on both the approvals table and bill form. This alert ensures that supplier details will only be finalised upon bill approval and payment, enabling swift and timely reviews of new suppliers.
And that's not all. Users will also be notified when a pre-existing supplier has been selected and previously saved details are locked to this supplier.

In an update to our bills product sure to delight accountants and bookkeepers alike, you can now use Weel to securely pay bills that have been created in Xero without needing to download and hand-off ABA files, or overhauling your existing process.
